Caltrain aims to keep all 86 trains running

Caltrain would keep all of its 86 weekday trains running for the next year if the agency's board of directors approves on Thursday the staff's latest proposal.

Great staff report. Save the day by increasing revenue. Not a big surprise that there is no mention of expense reductions, particularly salaries and benefits.
