Thursday: Candidate forum for Menlo Park fire board

Candidates for seats on the Menlo Park Fire Protection District board of directors will participate in a forum starting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, in the Menlo Park City Council Chambers, 701 Laurel St. in the Menlo Park Civic Center. The event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters.

The district covers Atherton and East Palo Alto, plus nearby unincorporated areas, in addition to Menlo Park.
