Rosewood Sand Hill Summer Kick-Off Party

Tacos for Fire Trucks: Palo Alto to Oaxaca
This fundraising event at Tacolicious will help to send four fire trucks to Palo Alto's sister city of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Silicon Valley Tour de Cure -- offering bike routes ranging from 25 to 120 kilometers -- will help to raise funds for the American Diabetes Association. Dreams Happen Gala and Playhouse Auction
Stanford Shopping Center and Rebuilding Together Peninsula will collaborate for their 12th year of Dreams Happen, a biennial fundraising event featuring 12 custom-made, life-sized children's playhouses. The gala will include an auction of the playhouses, a dinner and dancing. From May 2 to June 12, the playhouses will be on display. June 6, 6:30-10 p.m. $115 after May 15. This 33rd annual fundraiser event will offer wines from top California vintners, food made by celebrity chefs and a variety of items available by silent and live auction. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul of San Mateo County's Catherine Center will hold its second annual fashion show fundraiser, celebrating the transformation possible for the women the center serves.
