Reiki 2 energy healing class

Inner Engineering Program
This four-day program run by the Isha Foundation will seek to aid participants in personal transformation, with attention paid to mind, body, emotions and inner energy. Vegetarian lunches will be provided on Saturday and Sunday, as well as lunch on Sunday. Attendance for all sessions is required. The Los Altos Reiki Center will offer a class teaching the the art of Reiki, which aims to reduce stress and enhance health and happiness through a gentle touch on or above the body. Bay Area singles age 50 and over can mingle over lunch at this group's weekly meetings. In addition, each week Jim O'Shea also continue his Sunday lecture series on the Bible book "Galatians," leaving time for discussion.
